Founding beta — regional Australian contractors

Know what the tender asks before you commit the week.

Turn a text-based RFT or RFQ into cited deadlines, mandatory requirements and evidence gaps — then check every finding against the source.

For commercial electrical, HVAC and facilities maintenance contractors in regional Western Australia.

No eligibility or win guarantees. Always verify findings against the original tender documents.

FAQ

Questions before the beta.

Recorded answers — pre-beta

Q.01Does TenderFit write the full tender?
No. TenderFit helps you review and organise requirements. It does not write pricing, legal responses, safety documents or the tender itself.
Q.02What documents does the founding beta support?
Text-based Australian RFT and RFQ PDFs only. Scanned files and large attachment packs are not supported yet.
Q.03Can I rely on the result as professional advice?
No. Every finding must be checked against the original documents and, where needed, a qualified adviser.
Q.04Can I upload confidential tender documents?
No. The website never asks for confidential files. Share a public or expired tender only — a public web page or public PDF link is enough.
Q.05How will my contact details be used?
Only to review your founding-beta fit and contact you about your application. Details are kept for a limited period and deleted on request — see the privacy page for the exact data flow.
Q.06How quickly will the founder respond?
Every application is read personally by the founder. We have not published a fixed response-time guarantee yet; the founding beta is deliberately small so applications are handled one by one.
Q.07How much does the beta cost?
Founding-beta pricing is discussed after a fit review. We do not promise permanent free access, and there is no payment system on this website.
Q.08Do I need an account?
You can explore the interactive sample in the app without signing in. Uploading your own tender and saving results will open from the in-app account menu once that path is live.
