What we collect, and what happens to it.
This page describes how the founding-beta application form handles your data. It matches the implementation — nothing else is collected, and nothing is shared.

The application form also records the time of submission and your consent. A short-lived, one-way hash derived from request characteristics may be stored for anti-abuse only — raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not kept. No third-party analytics cookies are set. Optional privacy-safe conversion events (for example industry and state, never names or free text) fire only if the operator enables an analytics endpoint.
Use
Your details are used to review your founding-beta fit and to contact you about your application. That is the whole list — no marketing lists, no third-party sharing, no paid advertising audiences.
Storage and retention
Applications are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database. A designated operator reviews stored applications monthly and deletes records older than 180 days using the repository's audited retention command. The current default window is awaiting owner confirmation before public launch. We do not currently offer claimable security certifications, and we do not state any unless and until real evidence exists.
What we never accept
The website does not accept confidential tender files and never asks for private document links. Only public or expired tenders are in scope for the founding beta.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your application at any time. Until the public contact email is published, submit the request through the founding beta application and note “Privacy request” as your reason. A dedicated contact method will be published with the production email address.
