These terms describe the beta review service honestly. Anything not yet true is marked as pending confirmation instead of being assumed.
The founding beta
The founding beta reviews text-based Australian RFT and RFQ documents into a cited checklist of requirements, key dates, evidence gaps and questions to clarify. The service, its scope and its availability may change at any time while the product is being validated.
What is not included
- TenderFit reviews and organises requirements from tender documents.
- It does not write tenders, pricing, legal responses, safety documents, quotes or submissions.
- Every finding must be re-checked against the original tender documents by the user.
- TenderFit does not provide legal, engineering, safety, financial, procurement or pricing advice.
- TenderFit does not guarantee eligibility, completeness, accuracy, award or acceptance by any buyer.
Do not upload
The website has no confidential document upload, by design. Share only public or expired tenders, and only through public web pages or public PDF links.
You verify before you rely
TenderFit output is triage, not advice. Every finding must be checked against the original documents — and, where needed, with a qualified professional — before any commercial or legal reliance.
Pending owner confirmation
The operating entity behind TenderFit AU has not been publicly confirmed yet. Until it is, these terms are informational for the beta review service and do not constitute a formal commercial agreement. Payment terms and liability terms will be published only with real operating details.
